Platform Rules

The community guidelines and acceptable-use rules that keep REILink a professional, trustworthy place to do deals. They are part of our Terms of Use.

01Purpose of These Rules

These Platform Rules keep REILink and Apex Vivus a trustworthy, professional environment for everyone. They apply to all users and all content and activity on the Platform, and are part of our Terms of Use. Violating them may result in content removal, suspension, or termination.

02Be Professional & Respectful

Treat others as you would in a professional setting. Use your real identity, communicate honestly, and keep interactions civil. Harassment, hate speech, threats, discrimination, and personal attacks are not allowed.

03Prohibited Content

Do not post, upload, or transmit content that is:

  • Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or invasive of privacy;
  • False or misleading about a property, deal, value, condition, ownership, or your authority — including “ghost deals” or contracts you do not control;
  • Infringing on intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • Sharing another person’s private or personal information without permission;
  • Spam, unauthorized advertising, or solicitation outside designated areas;
  • Malware or anything designed to harm or disrupt the Platform or its users.

04Prohibited Conduct

  • No impersonation or misrepresenting your affiliation or credentials;
  • No scraping, harvesting, bots, or automated data extraction;
  • No manipulating tools, scores, rankings, reviews, or metrics;
  • No circumventing security, access controls, or account limits, and no multiple accounts to evade enforcement;
  • No illegal activity, and no use of the Platform to violate real estate, wholesaling, licensing, lending, advertising, telemarketing, fair-housing, or consumer-protection laws.

05Deal & Marketplace Integrity

Listings and deal data must be accurate and made in good faith. Only post contracts and deals you have the right to assign or transact. Honor your commitments to other users, disclose material facts as required by law, and comply with all applicable disclosure and licensing requirements for your role. REILink is not a party to your transactions and does not verify them — do your own due diligence.

06Service Professionals & HelpNet

If you offer services (e.g., through HelpNet or REConnect), represent your qualifications truthfully, hold any required licenses and insurance, deliver what you promise, and comply with applicable law. A “Verified” badge reflects limited checks and is not a guarantee or endorsement.

07Respect Intellectual Property

Only post content you own or have permission to use. Do not upload copyrighted materials (including paid course content), proprietary documents, or others’ trademarks without authorization. We respond to copyright complaints under our DMCA process in the Terms of Use.

08Protect Others’ Privacy

Do not collect, post, or misuse other users’ or third parties’ personal information. Use the messaging and contact features for legitimate, professional purposes only — not for spam, harassment, or unlawful solicitation.

09Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and with or without notice, remove or restrict content, issue warnings, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Rules or our Terms. We may also report unlawful activity to authorities. Our enforcement decisions are made in our reasonable discretion to protect the community.

10Reporting Violations

See content or behavior that breaks these Rules? Report it through the in-Platform tools or email hello@reilink.com. We review reports but are not obligated to act on every one.

11Changes

We may update these Rules from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
