Do I get charged when a buyer I invited messages me?

Never. Any buyer you bring in with your link is yours — when they reach out to you about a deal, talking to them is always free, forever. The account fee only ever applies to inbound interest from buyers you didn't invite. You will never pay to communicate with your own buyers.

When does a buyer count toward my rewards?

The moment they upgrade to any paid plan and stay on it 30 days. Milestones track how many of your buyers are subscribed at the same time, so your count always reflects who's active right now.

How do the milestone rewards work?

Bring 25, 100, 200, or 400 buyers onto a paid plan and you unlock free months, a free year, or your plan free for life. The free plan is always the one you've been on for the last 60 days — and there's no deadline to hit the number.

How does the monthly commission work?

Separate from the free platform, you earn a recurring cut of every referred subscriber's plan, every month they stay: 10% up to 24 active, 20% at 25+, 30% at 100+, 40% at 400+, and a full 50% once you pass 1,500 — and the higher rate applies to your entire list, not just the newest. Paid monthly, after a 30-day hold, and your rate tracks your active count over time.

What if two of us shared the same buyer?

Whoever's link they actually sign up through gets the credit — and only that person. Plenty of buyers sit on multiple lists, so credit follows the signup, not the list. If a buyer already has an account or already joined through someone else's link, a later link won't re-credit them.

Won't sharing my buyers help my competition?

There have always been far more cash buyers than good deals. If your deal is real — accurate ARV, honest repair costs, a fair price — you'll never be short a buyer. Sharing grows the pool for everyone, and it pays you to do it. Stop competing, start collaborating.

  • Who counts: a new member who joins with your link and upgrades to any paid plan. Free signups don't count toward milestones — but they still grow your pool (and your deals sell faster).
  • One buyer, one referrer: a buyer is credited to whoever's link they actually sign up through — even if they were on more than one person's list. Once credited, they're yours. If a buyer already has an account, a later link won't re-credit them.
  • It's a live count: milestones track how many of your buyers are subscribed right now, not how many ever signed up. If one cancels, your count adjusts.
  • New buyers count after 30 days on a paid plan — that's the only wait.
  • No deadline: take a month or take three years. Hit the number, earn the reward.
  • Which plan you get free: always the plan you've been on for the last 60 days — so there's no jumping to the top tier the day you cross the line.
  • Your commission: on top of the free platform, you earn 10–50% of every referred subscriber's plan, every month they stay subscribed. Your rate rises with your active count (10% up to 24, 20% at 25+, 30% at 100+, 40% at 400+, 50% at 1,500+) and applies to your whole list — paid monthly after the 30-day hold.
  • Your tier is live — up or down: both your commission rate and your milestone rewards track your current active paid count. Cross a threshold and you move up; if your count later drops below a tier, you move down to the tier you're actually in. Every reward — including lifetime-free and Power-Up-for-life — stays yours only while you maintain the count that earned it.
  • Your buyers are always free to you: you'll never pay to talk to a buyer you brought in. Ever.
